Why Epimetheus and Pandora?
While discussing of the name of this blog...
Colleen: Well, since you already have the Greek reference, we could name it "Epimetheus and Pandora". They were husband and wife, right?
John: Are you sure you want to be Pandora?
Colleen: I think it may be sort of fitting. I know that I tend to do, um, things.
John: I think Pandora killed Epimetheus.
Colleen: So, like I said, sort of fitting.

Nasty Tags
I was so proud of myself last night. I actually loaded the videos of the kids and posted them on the other blog. This morning, I got an email from a friend telling me what appears AFTER one of the videos is watched. Damn you YouTube and your nasty keyword tagging! The original title of the video was "Evening Fun" - changed that right away.
In other news....John told me the dinners I made this weekend were Pinterest worthy. That made my day considering that I am newly addicted to that site. Saturday's meal was Asian Inspired Flank Steak and on Sunday, I made Italian meat stromboli. Forgot to take a picture of it so here is a link to a random one. I used Prosciutto, Genoa salami, deli pepperoni, provolone, and mozzarella. We buy frozen pizza dough balls from Sam's - so much better and cheaper than pizza crust from a can.
So there's that. I hope John starts to post things so this blog doesn't end up over-run with my stuff. :)
Have a good week!

Going Public
So here is it....I have removed some of the er, unsavory posts to allow this to be a little more reader friendly but it will still be mildly vulgar, full of rants, and probably very off-putting to many in an older generation. You have been warned.
